I traveled to El Reno for a training; I arrived around 9pm, I checked in and as my family and I were carrying our bags in, the gentleman at the desk noticed that booking.com booked me under a one bed room instead of the two bed room I picked and paid for. He quickly changed it for me! The beds were sooooo comfortable!

The hotel is nice and quiet. I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Bed was comfortable no issues with the AC or Hot water

We are an older couple. They gave us a handicap room because they had one available. Was a nice surprise since we hadn't asked for it.
